A riotously funny, heartbreakingly human theatrical triumph!

Meet Kelly. She's a dementia carer in Rhyl, daughter of two Tom Jones tribute acts, and a woman who knows how to handle just about anything life throws at her.

Edna, the serial biter? No problem. Astrid, who thinks her Nana is a bin? All in a day's work.

Raised on Clubland, seaside funfairs, waltzers and summers snogging Scousers, Kelly is fiercely proud of where she comes from, brilliant at her job and utterly devoted to the people around her.

But when her best friend announces she's leaving town for somewhere with a Pret, Kelly's world begins to unravel.

Because Kelly is hiding something. Something enormous. A life-changing secret that threatens everything she knows and everyone she loves.

As her carefully constructed world spirals out of control, Kelly must confront the one thing she can't simply laugh off.

Hilarious, devastating and bursting with heart, Amnesia is an extraordinary story about love, friendship, identity and what happens when life refuses to follow the script.

Written and performed by Kimberly Hart-Simpson, best known for Coronation Street and Brassic, and directed by Kate Wasserberg, this award-winning production brings a brilliantly funny, fiercely authentic and unforgettable character to the stage.

WINNER – The Scotsman Fringe First Award

Unmissable. Unforgettable. Extraordinary.
