FRINGE
Dear ALL OF YOU, Please let me use this page for a little while to say THANK YOU to everyone who made this Fringe such a huge success for Holden Street. Congratulations to Heroin(e) for Breakfast and Hayley Shillito for their nominations in the Adelaide Fringe Award for Best Theatre Production & Adelaide Fringe Award for Best Theatre Performer, to The Adventures of Alvin Sputnik: Deep Sea Explorer for their WIN of the Adelaide Fringe Award for Best Puppetry & to Freefall for their WIN of the Adelaide Fringe Award for Best Circus and a big CONGRATULATIONS to Ross Stanley and all at Arcade Lane for taking out the Best Performing Arts Venue... and of course to all the other winners and nominees. Heroin(e) for Breakfast sold out and we had to put extra seats in, some lucky viewers got to sit on the edge of the stage and said it was an amazing experience, a scene reminiscent to the old Footlight days. We couldn't have asked for a better Fringe and thanks to the audience for trusting our programming once again. The last few nights were chaos with people scrambling to get the last few tickets to sell out shows at the venue and once again the atmosphere was electric.
