This is a powerful production that explores the cast's very personal stories of living with mental illness. Through improvisation, storytelling, poetry and song this talented cast have developed an emotionally raw, very honest and moving performance with a contemporary message. Our House Theatre Group is a therapeutic group of people who have experienced mental illness, their carers and other interested people. Group members are able to explore experiences of mental illness in a safe environment free from judgement. The group develops theatrical community performances that aim to reduce stigmas and myths often associated with mental illness, and to educate audiences about what it can be like accessing the mental health system.

This is the first time Our House Theatre Group have performed as part of the Fringe Festval and the members are excited about the opportunity to share their very personal experiences with a broader audience
