Chalkies spells out the troubles facing the State School system when Hilltop High is threatened with absorption into a Super School.
Things go from bad to worse when the Education Minister, Dr. Jane Glomesh Stix, decides to send in her secret weapon, U.S. instant expert and relationship TV guru, Dr. Pill Quickdraw.
