Holden Street is located at 34 Holden Street Hindmarsh, next to the Hindmarsh Soccer Stadium.

Is there a resident theatre company at Holden Street?
Yes. The Holden Street Theatre Company Inc produces the In-House productions and the co-productions. There are also three other resident companies - REDChilli Theatre Company, Mixed Salad Productions, Urban Myth Theatre Of Youth and The Chalk Farm Theatre. We are happy to discuss residency of groups for both short term and long term contracts. >Resident companies
Do I have to be a professional theatre group to hire Holden St?
No, we welcome all levels and types of performance. The hire is not expensive, however we are happy to review the hire costs for charity organisations and youth groups. >Venue Hire
What made us start Holden Street?
The Holden Street initiative came as a direct result of the Chalk Farm Theatres production of I Know What You Want in the Adelaide Fringe 2002 and the experience of building a venue to house three shows in the one space to save money for the groups. Martha Lott felt there should be more affordable space available in Adelaide to encourage artists to embark on new developments and promote the growth of theatre in SA. >History
